Help and refunds

Check your order history for payment and delivery updates. Keep your order code and your payment provider’s transaction reference when requesting help.

Payment still processing

If your wallet was charged but the order is pending, do not pay again. The payment may still be awaiting confirmation. Contact support with the order code.

Refunds

A cancelled order and a completed refund are separate steps. When an order is marked as awaiting a refund, support must arrange the return payment. Check your order for confirmation; a cancellation alone does not confirm that money has been returned.
